Hortense Desbarrieres, PharmD, MSc, is Chief of Staff at NAYA Therapeutics. She brings over 10 years of experience across the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries, combining strategic consulting, commercial leadership, and pharmaceutical operations. In her current role, she supports executive leadership on strategy, cross-functional execution, and key business initiatives.
Prior to joining NAYA, Hortense was a Manager in healthcare & pharmaceuticals Consulting at PwC, where she led strategic, operational, and organizational projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech companies in Europe and internationally. 
Earlier in her career, Hortense held commercial and marketing roles at Merck & Co., where she managed major product portfolios in oncology (Keytruda) and diabetes in France.
Hortense holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master of Science in Marketing from HEC Paris.
